Phone support

To use phone support, you need an additional contact even if you are paid user. Please contact our customer success team via email or chat then we'll inform you how to contact it.

How long does it take to receive response?

We have team members in Japan and work-days are Monday through Friday (9:00 AM to 6:30 PM JST). If you contact us on the weekend,  we will respond to you just as soon as we are back in the office.
